Weighed in at 243.8 lbs. 11 lbs in 23 days. 61 days left in my challenge. My wife's night time leg pain is gone. 2 weeks on the Evolv shakes for breakfast and some lunches and it is gone. She has lost 5 lbs 10 days. We are both feeling better. Less over full or bloated feeling and the Thin product cuts any hunger feelings between meals. Watching what we eat for regular meals. Ask us about the Evolv products. They are working for us.

Weighed in this morning at 246lbs. 9lb loss since Aug 1. 65 days left in my challenge to lose 25lbs. Ask me how I am using evolv products to accomplish this goal.

Shakes are great. Had vanilla with strawberries and a banana this morning. It is very good. Weighed in at 247 lbs this morning. I am down 8lbs since August 1. woohoo.

Started our shakes and thin products Friday. Pretty good stuff and really helps. Drank a chocolate shake Friday morning and then half a can of thin before lunch. Didn't get hungry and was full. Had chicken taco salad for lunch and chicken for supper. Ate careful but enjoyed it. Had a half can of thin in the afternoon and we shared a can mid evening. Mentally was hungery but physically was fine. Got to overcome the mental aspect of wanting food all the time.

Saturday, up early for a fishing trip. Weighed in at 248. Fixed a chocolate shake and did not get hungry all morning. Home for a light lunch at Taco Bueno and had a taco and taco salad. did not eat all the chips this time, but cheated and had raspberry tea. For supper we went to Mazzios for salad bar and a small pizza thin crust. Maybe a bit much but still didn't go home in pain like normal when eating at Mazzio's. Mental battle.

Sunday morning, weighed in at 250, so yesterday's meals and lack of aerobic exercise had an effect. Fixed a chocolate shake with banana and ice. Pretty good and has a hint of malt flavor in it. We got our products yesterday, shakes and thin. I was back up to 252 yesterday morning. Ate too good on Wednesday. Back down to 251 this morning. Had a chocolate shake with skim milk and frozen strawberries. Kind of a malt taste and I liked it. Banana would have really topped it off. I am quite full and feel very good. About 1015 I started getting hungry so I drank half can of thin. I like that stuff. It is very good. So far, I am not hungry any more. Will keep on the plan and see how we do.

Weighed in at 249.8 so figure I am down 5lbs since Aug 1 a week + ago. Good steady loss. Products will be delivered tomorrow so we can start our shakes and thin drinks. Going to start an exercise program. Will be reporting progress.

Our water came in Monday afternoon. Started on the water this morning. Will see how we feel after a few days on the water. Shakes and Thin drinks should arrive Thursday. Now for the good stuff. I am motivated and have lost 4 lbs since last Monday. Weiged in at 255 and this morning I weighed in at 251. Small gain but a good one for a week.
