Started our shakes and thin products Friday. Pretty good stuff and really helps. Drank a chocolate shake Friday morning and then half a can of thin before lunch. Didn't get hungry and was full. Had chicken taco salad for lunch and chicken for supper. Ate careful but enjoyed it. Had a half can of thin in the afternoon and we shared a can mid evening. Mentally was hungery but physically was fine. Got to overcome the mental aspect of wanting food all the time.
Saturday, up early for a fishing trip. Weighed in at 248. Fixed a chocolate shake and did not get hungry all morning. Home for a light lunch at Taco Bueno and had a taco and taco salad. did not eat all the chips this time, but cheated and had raspberry tea. For supper we went to Mazzios for salad bar and a small pizza thin crust. Maybe a bit much but still didn't go home in pain like normal when eating at Mazzio's. Mental battle.
Sunday morning, weighed in at 250, so yesterday's meals and lack of aerobic exercise had an effect. Fixed a chocolate shake with banana and ice. Pretty good and has a hint of malt flavor in it.
