Our water came in Monday afternoon. Started on the water this morning. Will see how we feel after a few days on the water. Shakes and Thin drinks should arrive Thursday. Now for the good stuff. I am motivated and have lost 4 lbs since last Monday. Weiged in at 255 and this morning I weighed in at 251. Small gain but a good one for a week.
